A surgeon who chose to specialise, not diversify.
THE
Dr. Myny’s practice is deliberately limited to the face — not to a single signature procedure. That includes facelift and neck rejuvenation, but just as often rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, or ear and chin refinement. Being described only as a facelift surgeon would miss most of the practice: many patients come specifically for a nose, a pair of eyelids, or a jawline that has never matched the rest of their face. Every procedure below is planned individually, based on anatomy, skin quality and the patient’s own goals.
Facial and neck rejuvenation addresses the changes that happen gradually — loss of definition along the jawline, laxity in the neck, descent of the mid-face. Dr. Myny plans each procedure around the patient’s own facial anatomy and skin elasticity rather than a fixed technique, aiming for a result that reads as rested and well-defined rather than ‘done’.
Rhinoplasty is planned with equal attention to breathing function and external proportion — a nose that looks refined but performs worse than before is considered an unsuccessful outcome. Functional history is discussed alongside aesthetic goals at the first consultation, and photographic simulation is used to align expectations before any surgical plan is finalised.

Ear reshaping (otoplasty), eyebrow and forehead lift, chin refinement, lip correction, and facial fat grafting (lipofilling) are also part of the practice, generally discussed once the primary area of concern has been addressed in consultation.
